Tips for A Balanced life

1. Time management –

At the begginibg of the year and each month i draw my goals and try to do an ideal day , month , to see what is realistic,
Where do i have time to grow, play tennis, meet with a friend or family member,
Where do i leave a margin of time to let God bring opportunities to help someone to celebrate life victories, celebrate the people in our lives…
Visually-
By Using a detailed paper calendar and a one page year calendar – create a visual of a balanced life, dump any and everytging paper can hold,then you realize wait,
i only have 3 hours a day after work and decide how you can use that time wiser.

Example: what can i do to do what matters most?

Meal preping once a week or subscribing to a Farm to Fork food delivery ,
saves me 16 hrs a week of time to walk or dance on the beach ?

2. Faith-

Believing God for His direction vs our plans. Life happens. Then your calendar goes out the window for now.
Flexibility. How flexible are you?
Be prepared for accidents and the unexpected to happen.
We plan and God Laughs!
Seeking God’s guidance daily .
What is the leason in this situation?

3. Creativity

When you have lemons make lemonade .
Do not get stuck in could haves , would haves , focus on how can i learn from this , what do i need to do now to move to the next level. What is God telling me to do?

4. Ask for Help

Humility. The Word of God says,
When you are weak , God is strong,
Let God carry you , guide you, romance you.
Sometimes we can go into shock when the unexpected happens. Ask God first,
Ask an expert , listen to others who have being in that situation .

5. Community

There is power in numbers.
We need to belong , love others and be loved . Find a group of people to talk with, pray with, dream and have fun with.

6. Exercise

30-60 mins of physical activity 2x day!
Dancing is my favorite , any time anywhere, while cooking , cleaning, doing laundry, turn up the music, lets go!
Dancing is a fabulous way to stretch, increase blood flow , increase detox, increase flexibility, prevent dementia, imcrease motor skills, increase endorphines, feel joy!

7. Sleep hygiene-

make sleep your sacred time to heal
8-9 hours of restorative sleep. Non negotiable.

8. Let your food be your medicine

To prevent cardiovascular, cancer and diabetes the 3 major killers,
Dr Joel Furhman reccomends
Fresh fruits, vegetables,
GBombs
Greens
Beans
Onions
Mushrooms
Berries
Seeds

9. Hydration

Water purification systems are needed now to shower and drink.
Clean water
No plastic bottles
No chlorine
No amines
No pesticides

10.Love and Connection

Get centered spiritually
God is Love.
Value others
Express gratitude
Live as today is your last day
Because it is the day that the Lord has made , live with Joy and Gratitude.

11. Purpose

Make a difference
Who can you help today
Who can you encourage today?
